Yes. We use your outdoor water spigot for the wash process. Please confirm an accessible outdoor spigot is available within approximately 75 feet of the vehicle before booking.

Yes. We use a standard electrical outlet for our equipment. Please confirm a working outlet is accessible within approximately 75 feet of the vehicle. A garage outlet or exterior outlet both work well.

Apartment service may be available where the property permits mobile detailing and suitable outdoor water and electrical access is confirmed. Text us your location and we'll let you know if we can make it work.

If weather prevents us from completing an appointment safely, we'll reach out as early as possible to reschedule at a time that works for you. Light rain during an exterior wash is manageable in some cases — we'll communicate based on conditions.

We detail sedans, coupes, SUVs, crossovers, trucks, and most personal vehicles. Size upcharges apply for larger vehicles. Text us if you have a specialty vehicle or want to confirm before booking.

Our Exterior Refresh starts at $99, Interior Reset at $139, and Full Detail at $219 for a sedan. Size upcharges of $25–$50 apply for SUVs and trucks. During our Founders Launch the Full Detail is available at $149 for the first 20 vehicles.

No hidden fees. Our packages are straightforward. The only additions are vehicle size upcharges and any condition charges for vehicles significantly beyond normal used condition — and those are always communicated and approved before work begins.

Our Founders rate is a launch promotion for our first 20 Full Detail customers. The Full Detail (normally $219) is available at $149 for the first 20 vehicles only. Once those spots are filled the price returns to the standard rate. Book early to lock in the Founders price.

Yes. Our monthly maintenance program is available to customers who have first completed a Full Detail with us. Maintenance visits start at $89/month for sedans and keep your vehicle consistently clean between full details. Text us for details.

Yes. Pet hair removal is a separate add-on starting at $60 because it requires specialized tools and significantly more time. For heavy or extreme pet hair the charge may be higher. This is always confirmed before we start.

We use professional extraction and steam cleaning on stains and achieve strong results in most cases. However, some stains — particularly those that have been set for a long time or involve certain substances — may not be fully removable. We will always be honest about what is realistically achievable on your specific vehicle.

Vehicles significantly beyond normal used condition — heavy debris, major staining, years of neglect, or biohazard situations — may require an additional labor charge or in some cases a custom quote. We will assess the condition on arrival and communicate any additional cost before starting work. We never add surprise charges after the fact.

Our Odor Treatment add-on (from $50) uses ozone to help reduce stubborn odors from smoke, pets, and food. It's performed with the vehicle unoccupied and ventilated before return. We don't guarantee permanent elimination of every odor — results depend on the source and severity — but most customers notice a meaningful improvement. Mention your odor concern when booking and we'll advise on what to expect.

Exterior Refresh: approximately 45–75 minutes. Interior Reset: approximately 1.5–2.5 hours. Full Detail: approximately 2.5–4 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. Our team-based process is designed to deliver thorough results efficiently without sacrificing quality.

You don't need to be present the entire time, but we do need access to the vehicle and confirmation that water and electrical access will be available. Many customers leave the keys with us and go about their day. We'll notify you when we're done.
